Mr. Murugupandian is Head of R&D and Managing Director of the company.

Before founding beRef, he worked with different pharmaceutical companies like GSK India, Unichem Laboratories, Aurobindo Pharma, Apex Laboratories Pvt Ltd, Fourrts (India) Laboratories Pvt Ltd, and Novitium Pharma LLC (USA). He has rich experience in developing Oral Solid Dosage forms, Oral Liquids and Topical dosage forms.

He has developed more than 200 formulations for different markets including India, USA, Europe and Other nations. He practiced in setting up of formulation R&D in different occasions.

Murugupandian has developed first time generics, ANDA’s with better storage condition, Patent non-infringing generics and Alternate dosage forms. He has managed formulation development and analytical development teams in different companies. He along with Mr. Senthil Vinayagam founded beRef Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Senthil Vinayagam is Director – Operations of the company. Before founding beRef with Mr. Murugupandian, he worked with different companies like Granules India, Aurobindo, Strides Arcolab, PAR Pharmaceuticals, Banner Pharmacaps, Orchid healthcare, Pharmed Medicare Pvt Ltd, Novitium Pharma LLC (USA) and Granules Pharmaceuticals Inc (USA) in different departments like Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Warehouse and PPIC.

He is expert in Scaling up, Trouble shooting and Manufacturing of Oral Solid Dosage forms, Oral Liquids and Topical dosage forms. He has managed Production, Warehouse and Engineering in USFDA companies in USA and INDIA.

He has hands-on experience in handling various production machineries like Granulation, Compression, Encapsulation, Rapid release Gelcaps, Liquid filling, Powder filling, Sachet filling, Blister packaging and bottle packaging machine companies.
